These terms and conditions govern all users of Sarms Australia and the Sarms Australia website. These must be agreed upon before any purchases can be made.

In purchasing any of these items, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved with consumption or distribution of these products. These chemicals are NOT intended to be used for human or animal consumption and/or ingestion of any kind. These products will not be used as food additives, drugs or household chemicals. You are a licensed and/or qualified professional.

• Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used forrecreational purposes nor human consumption.
• All customers are ASSUMED to be legal researchers or licensed researchers. IF you or your affiliates are NOT then WE DO NOT KNOW THIS and you will be held liable for FRAUD/DECEIT.
• The materials for sale are intended for laboratory and research use only, unless otherwise stated on product labels . They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. YOU MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18 YEARS OF AGE

All of the products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products. Sarms Australia reserves the right to limit and/or deny sales of products to any unqualified individuals if we have reason to believe that misuse will occur.

All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall Sarms Australia or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Sarms Australia or any associated affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance. Any sale will otherwise be denied.

Sarms Australia’s products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and unless otherwise stated are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to in vitro diagnostic purpose in food drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes, any general consumptive purpose, and animal and/or human use. By agreeing to the aforementioned and subsequent acknowledgment of the remainder of said disclaimer, you are affirming that you are, the equivalent or of greater academic certification, a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician. ALL concerned products are for laboratory and research activities exclusively. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by Sarms Australia for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to Sarms Australia that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from Sarms Australia and/or materials produced with products purchased from Sarms Australia in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce. The purchaser realizes that, since Sarms Australia’s products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from Sarms Australia are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable. No statements made on this page have been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Buyer realizes that, since suppliers products are, unless otherwise stated, intended primarily for research purposes, they may not be be bound by local theraputic compliance laws. Buyer assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from supplier are approved for use by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), if applicable (country of buyer).

Purchaser has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Sarms Australia. No products purchased Sarms Australia shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics. ALL products and services offered are for RESEARCH purposes ONLY. Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Sarms Australia are NOT liable for ANY damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or ANY other unforeseen matter.

USES AND PATENTS: The materials for sale are intended for laboratory and manufacturing use only. They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. YOU MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18 YEARS OF AGE. The listing of a material in this catalog does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.

Sarms Australia will not produce nor sell products that are scheduled or controlled substances in the United States or in Canada. Buyer has the responsibility for fully researching and complying with the state and federal regulations of their own country of residence.

In purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from customer’s own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about

(I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased;

(II) Industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards;

(III) The need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products; and

(IV) Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products. We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers.

In no event shall Sarms Australia be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products to purchaser, which sales we would not otherwise make, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Sarms Australia harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and/or use of purchased product.

All users of Sarms Australia are required to fully understand that any communication which leads us to believe that you will use these products in a manner other than that which they are intended will result in a refusal to sell alert being emailed to you all collected information will be added to our internal “banned” database which every order is checked against. We will absolutely under no circumstances tolerate the misuse of Sarms Australia or the products contained/sold herein.

Sarms Australia assumes that the researcher is familiar with the products being purchased. We do not provide any type of guidelines or suggestions regarding reconstitution of research products or their application to your research. If you ask us for such information then you will be answered with a refusal to provide guidelines email. The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university or other research based facility which warrants the purchase and use of products sold by Sarms Australia, for research purposes only. Furthermore, should anyone purchase from Sarms Australia that does not have said affiliations, they will be committing a fraudulent act for which they could be held liable.

Sarms Australia reserves the right to perform due diligence screening upon the information provided to check for accuracy. Sarms Australia, at its sole discretion, may require further verification of affiliation prior to order fulfillment.

This site is international and has international visitors. Sarms Australia relies on each client to know the requirements of their own region and purchase accordingly. This includes but is not limited to Vat or import taxes, import certifications, licenses, registrations or anything else which, if not obtained, would take them out of compliance with the regulations of their own country.

Usage Restrictions

Fraud

By registering with us at Sarms Australia, you are providing honest, truthful, most recent up to date information. If you falsify any personal information including your identity on your account you are committing fraud and will be subject to legal action by Sarms Australia.

Sale of Products

Once your product has been delivered at your address, you are held liable for these goods. There are no warranties included in your purchase at Sarms Australia. Should your product break, be stored incorrectly, or choose not to use the products ordered in a timely manner Sarms Australia is not deemed responsible. Products that are available on our site are subject to availability and price changes by suppliers and are updated without notification.

Shipping Policy

If you would like somebody to accept the delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are authorized to do so by providing them with written permission or by having them display confirmation that they live at the delivery address. Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique ‘Delivery Number’ and Delivery details. You will also receive the Carrier’s details and their estimated transit time to your address.

Refund Policy

If your product was never delivered we will provide you with 100% refund of your order. This refund is excluded if you incorrectly provided contact and/ or shipping address details. It is important to confirm during the ordering process that you have correctly inputted this information. If an item is defective, you must notify us within 30 days of us dispatching the order, or you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Missing or Damaged Return Policy

In an unforeseen circumstance your order is damaged or lost in transit please contact us, and provide a complete detailed description of what has occurred, photo of the damaged product, along with your name and contact details. We will make it a priority to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

We have the discretion to remove any content that is viewed repugnant, invasion of privacy, threatening, defamatory, or illegal from public viewing.
